SR20 Main Bolt Torque spec?

Anyone know the torque specs for the main bearing girdle/cap bolts? I found 28ft-lb with and additional 45 degrees,,but it this dry or with lube?

Is it the same for the GTir bolts?

Also need the torque spec for the little piston oil squirters (kinda bad if this falls off).

Are these posted anywhere?
