My MAF seems to be acting up. It has happened a couple times before but it does the 2500RPM rev limit safety mode. Well before I turned the car off and kinda jiggled the wires around on the MAF and it seemed to resolve itself. And today when it happened I sprayed some MAF Cleaner on it and it started up. Drove it home. Turned it off for about 15 minutes. Came back outside and it was in the limp mode again. Cleaned and checked ECU and its code 55. Wont get above 2500rpm..

So new MAF time?My intercooler piping is hooked up completely

Not sure what else to check. I need to go to work so any help is appreciated.

pull the maf plug off and inspect for bent pins, corrosion, or spread female side terminals.

if you can consistantly wiggle the maf wires and get a change your problem is more than likely there in the wiring not the maf itself
