sr20 intercooler & pipping on ka?

ok dont shoot me if this has already been discussed,but could i use an aftermarket sr20 intercooler kit on my ka-t?

i know it wouldnt be an exact match up to my hoses but it should be pretty close right?

I know the intercooler will work(intercooler is an intercooler) but should the pipe routing in the kit work with the ka.:thinker (because im building my own turbo kit):pface

need input.....johnny 5 is ALLLLIIIVE!

you would need to mod the piping a bit.....but why do that when you can just get an i/c core and fab your own piping?

well i figured fabricating my own piping would be harder, than just buying a kit w/a lil' modifacation (plus this kit is bad a$$,weighs 6.5kgsw/intercooler)

naw not really...about $100 if you buy pipes from jcwhitney and couplings from a turbo shop

could i fit a greddy intercooler made for a sr20det on the ka24? I want to eventually do a swap so i want to only buy parts that i can use on that engine too

why would you turbo a ka and then swap it out for an sr?
