I installed everything and the engine started first try. Everything sounded good and normal, then the motor just shut off. Now it wont start. I dont have the intercooler or piping installed, or the maf, just bare engine to see if it would start. I checked if my fuel lines were crossed and they are good. It is weird because it started and was running good, then cut off.. and now it is turning over but wont start..

Yeah you might wanna install the maf and intercooler, the intercooler alone not being there would make it run like crap and or cut off and not start back up.

Im surprised it ran at all without the intercooler. if you still have this problem once this is all fixed, check for fuel and spark of course, and check your CAS. It could be 180 off. I had this problem, and mine started up once and then wouldn't start up again

Ok everything is installed.. MAF is on, intercooler and piping. It still wont start. I guess I will have to try to reset the CAS. Right there on the CAS where the tape to adjust the timing from japan that goes over it hasnt even been touched/broken. Should I break the seal and try anyways or does that mean it is good?

Also I have already turned my ignition and made sure im getting power to my injectors and coils. So I guess the only thing to do is see if the CAS is off.. idk..

smell the spark plugs and see if they smell like gas. I had the same problem and my injectors weren't firing. They were getting power but not the pulse signal to fire.

Try pulling a plug and grounding it by touching the threads to some bare metal on the engine while you have a friend try to crank it. If it sparks, then the firing circuit is not your problem.

what would cause the injectors to stick or fire all at once and not pulse?
would that just be bad injectors? but how would that make sense if the car was running already.. all 4 injectors went out at the same time? I think the ignitor went bad, I ordered another one.. Ill repost when i get it..

Ok I went ahead and made sure my CAS was set right according to http://www.frsport.com/How-To-Set-Crank ... _t_25.html.

still didnt start.

I am still waiting on the ignitor which should be here tomorrow morning. If that isn't it, Im going to take the entire harness back off and make sure nothing broke or over heated or something..

3 out of 4 of my injectors went bad. So don't say it ain't possible. Never overlook the obvious, double check to make sure you can mark it off as a possibility.

What would cause you to get power to both wires on the injectors when the battery is connected before you even turn on the ignition? I think im getting power to both sides of my injectors causing them to stay closed.
