Just woundering if anyone has anything else to add since im gonna be doing the swap myself. This is my first swap. Got a whole front clip so i should have every part that is needed for the swap.

Any tips lemme know ... thanx

Nothing...just drop in the sr in engine/transmission together. Be sure to drain your transmission fluid b4 you take off the driveshaft of you're gonna have a mess under the car where you'll be going under some more. Good luck!

^^that happened to me... doh!

Take your coilpack cover off, you might damage it when you are dropping the engine in.

Dropping it in is pretty easy, you shouldn't have any problems... hope you got your P/S lines in already if you are switching to DOHC P/S. It's not fun getting them on with the engine already in.

You should probably take off the emmission control devices like the EGR canister (I didn't but am looking into taking it off.) Also the AIV has got to go if you haven't already taken it off.
