Sr20 high idle even when warm

I just swapped in my sr20 and when i start the car it idles between 1500 and 2000 rpms, even after the car warms up it still idles this high. And when its a cold morning out ill start the car and it will idle around 500rpms and die. Anyone know what the deal is??? I really appreciate any help thanks.
