SR20 HELP FAST PLEASE

If you dont know to much about the diff. of the s14 blacktop and the s13 redtop mine as well not even waste your time. i bought a s13 red top through j-spec auto and it had a bad rod bearing, journals all scorn and more metal in the oil pan than oil. so they sent me a new block and head. and from what i read and can tell it is a s14 black top.(dif injector /intake manifold style, the front of the head has a spot that seems to be able to be unbolted, s13 is all solid) they didnt send the valve cover and motor is beat up . well im wondering if everything i have for my s13 motor will work if i have to use this s14 blacktop. they only sent the block and head pretty much, so im talking everything. wire harness, my act clutch, redtop valve cover, EVERYTHING ect. when answering, you cannot be TOO specific. thanks alot for all your help in advance. well if its a S14 block and head...ull need a s14 valve cover...and if something is unbolted its the VVTI sending unit or something like that.....

you can use the head from your S13 motor if u can.......and slap it on the s14 bottom end...not too sure if this works...but research!!
