sr20 fuel pressure

i have a sr redtop just bolt ons stock boost i just got a nismo fpr with the vacuum line off the fpr i set it to 38 but when i put the line back on it jumps up to 50 so i just left the line on and lowered it to 43.5 is this ok? i am running a little rich but i have been lately due to a faulty maf that's almost 20 years old

With the line off it should be at 43.5 ish fuel pressure. When the line is back on it should lower the fuel pressure unless your idle is high.
