Sr20 fuel cut/hits a wall.

Alright. So I still haven't tuned my car. But one of my problems is the car has what feels like a fuel cut. I noticed it in 2nd gear, I took it to about 3,000 or 3,500 then the car just falls on it's face. I know the car is running about 13lbs on full boost. But I don't think I was at full boost yet, so I don't think it was spark blow out. Any help is much appreciated.
