sr20 exhaust manifold gasket

aight...i did my research, came up with one thread. i'm double-checkin. the usdm sr20de exhaust manifold gasket and sr20det exhaust manifold gasket are interchangeable...correct????

also, if i'm planning on running a tubular manifold, bigger turbo, etc. etc., would i need to get a beefier exh man. gasket (aftermarket) or am i fine with just the stock???
