yea i dont know how it works in GA, But in PA you have to get it inspected every year. And they check emissions as part of it. But there is a loophole. If you can find a mechanic thatll do dirty work, he can give you stickers for a nice price. Or if it exists like it does in pa there are exempt stickers too they look the same only it says exempt on the emissions sticker. uhm, theres no real difference only the exempt means they dont check emissions cuz the car was driven under 10k mi. for the year. even though you can drive as much as you want, its just so they basically ignore the emissions. a mechanic that does dirty work usually has these as well. just ask around a mechanic. even if he dont inspect your car, they always know someone that would do it for you. so ask a cuople mechs. good luck bro
