I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the MOUNTS for the cooling fan shround are the same on the S14 KA24 and SR20? I found this (http://www.flex-a-lite.com/auto/html/345-nissan.html) and it sounds like it is for USDM 240 only, but it looks like the mounting points are the same. I want to do a SR swap and will have an SR aluminum rad, so I think it would be perfect to get this and have it bolt up nice and clean

Don't worry about that. They call it custom brackets because it comes with the brackets you see there to fit the 240 specifically.redtop91 wrote:It specifically says:

My question is about the fan shroud and where it mounts to the rad because that appears to be the location they utilize to mount this electric fan kit.

I'm surprised nobody could help me out with this, but I did some more research and it seems like this fan kit DOES use the OEM fan shroud mounts to bolt up to the rad and that the mounts are the same for the JDM and USDM rad.
This fan kit is clean/OEM looking and a little cheaper than the other Flex-a-lites that most people use but it still moves just as much air. Plus the brackets to mount it are included so it is just a couple of bolts...quick and easy.
