sr20 ecu differences? 63?

i picked up a 63 ecu and i heard there is also a 62. wats the difference between the 2 and which is better ect.

63 is Auto Redtop ECU62 is 5MT Redtop ECU

The auto ecu will have a higher idle when moving.

i also heard that there is no speed limiter or something like that???? I am not sure if that is totaly true coming from an atuomatic and all.
