sr20 check engine light ?

ok, does the check engine light (accurate) work like its suppose to when you do the swap to an s13? because my check engine light comes on when i do a right turn, that the only time when it comes on. it comes on when i do a right turn at a stop light and when im on a highway at a loop or turnout. anyone know what it could be?

the light comes on but i dont show any lack in performance. im just carious. thanks guys
