SR20 BOV help (newbie)

I just was giving a brand new TurboXS Hybrid BOV. I removed the old BOV from the hot pipe, closed up the hole and installed the TurboXS on the cold pipe. Now the car is idling low and when I cover up the hole on the BOV the car runs normal. Have no clue what is going on.

It shouldn't be leaking air like that. Try tightening the adjusting screw and see if it goes away.
