i've been having nothing but problems with this swap, its all been in the wiring, wiring specialties did my harness first. i was blowing 100a fuses at the distribution block thats hooked up to the battery relocation, someone told me the starter draws over 100a thats what the fuse was popping, i hooked the battery back to stock and hooked the starter up direct and it fried a coilpack. the coil harness was wired wrong, i bought 4 new coil packs and a new harness, but was still blowing fuses, i was talking to a mechanic and he said the starter wire shouldnt be fused anyway so i left it hooked up direct.

i noticed i wasnt getting spark, i tested the ignitor chip and it was bad, so i ordered one off ebay, plugged that in and still no spark, after checking everything in the harness i packed it up and sent it to josh at 240sxtechdvds.org, he checked and tested everything, he said all was good except both ignitors were f***. i ordered another ignitor, tried to start the car, it started for a second and died. and no spark yet again, so something is blowing the ignitors, and josh says its not the harness.
what else could it be?

Wiring isn't my thing... :( I spent weeks tracing wires in my first S13. Just stick with it. First step is trace everything and make sure nothing is exposed and grounding out, as this is, most likely, your issue.
