Sr20 backfiring/no power/spitting and sputtering

I have a 95 240sx s14 with an sr20 swap ! It will sometimes idle good but soon as I put it in reverse or 1st Rpms drop and with any gas it was hesitate and backfire and have zero get up and go just backfire all the way down the street and it's running super lean. No fuel on any of the plugs and all white. Could this be a fuel pump failing or failed? Or a fuel pressure regulator? I've went through just about everything besides those two, even inspected the fuel pump but that don't help usually.

Please help!! Any info would be great

I would definitely get a fuel pressure test kit, you can usually rent them for free from auto parts stores. I would start there and narrow it down.
