ok number 1 yes i searched lol, but heres the story, i took my intake mani off to replaces all the dry rotted and broken hoses, and when i put it back together i noticed that there was water coming out from where the hoses meet the upper intake. i then proceeded to take it off angain and inspect, yep there was a crack. now i was losin coolant and stuff before and i know see where it was coming from, i dont think it was this big but me messin made it bigger, soooo anyway long story short im usin jb water weld as a temp fix till i can find a replacement manifold which i cant find around me for cheap. soooo i looked on ebay and i saw theres a knock off for the sr20 and it looks close to what the ka soooo how different are they? maybe itll work and maybe it wont im just courious

No, intake manifolds are different on them both... The SR manifold does not have a coolant passage in it. There are only a handful of companies that make intake manifolds for the ka, Xcessive manufacturing,JGY and i think AMS is still trying to finish theirs up.

What did you search for? You should have found that answer if you searched.
