I just installed aem on my sr20. Its a built sr, greddy intake mani, gt30, and its on e85. I have a guy tuning it right now but hes running into a problem. When you punch the gas it leans out(feels like it burps) then goes back to normal afrs in a split second and then drives fine until i punch the gas again. Anybody know the fix? Im pretty sure it has something to do with the accel tables but not sure what to put in them.

Not too familiar with AEM EMS, but don't they have the option of uploading a base map. That'd help out a lot more than just doing guess work.

Yes they have a base map and we went off that during the tune but this problem is still occurring.

My car also had the same problem for alittle while, but im running a q45 tb, you should be able to just watch the indicator on the main fuel map, and riched it up where its falling on its face..

Sound more likely the wrong settings for accel enrichment.

I know it is that! We've been messing with it trying to figure it out but nothing seems to be helping.

There's also a common issue with the Nissan CAS and how many teeth it has. Supposedly you can use a mitsu one or AEM sells their own. I'll do some research on it for you, and post back.
