sr20 {ac and power steering..}

i know u can use the twin cam ac compressor and power steering pump on the sr20 but has anyone tried the parts off the single cam? i just have one liyn round so i thought i could save some money lol

people probably have tried it but probably doesn't work. I guess you can try it out and make a bracket to mount it to the sr. try it and if it works make a write up of it.

im wondering if you could also use the american non turbo sr parts as well?

no. american SR is FWD, so the AC and PS pump are different

for power steering it can be done. I did it on mine. You have to bend the lines. becarefull bending it too hard as you can break the lines. I bent mine towards the front of the car and then back

if you have a dohc lines, then you're good to go. Both sohc and dohc bolts in the sr pump. The only problem with the sohc is the location of the lines.

I know about 4 people that has bent the line including my self and haven't had one problem a bit with any leaks
