sr wont start have fuel, had spark

I finally finished my swap and went to crank it over and it would turn over but would not start. At first I had spark and fuel so I figured the timing was off so we adjusted it to where it should start and went to crank it again but somehow we lost spark. Be4 we messed with the CAS we definetly had spark it was unmistakable considering we arched it and it was firing. When I get home I'm gonna recheck my grounds and try to get the battery to seat in there better but does anybody have any clue why we would loose spark like that? I'm hoping we didn't fry the ignitor chip. I rechecked my wiring job and everything seems to be top notch minus the fact that I can't get spark anymore. Any ideas?

after you adjusted the cas to where you stopped getting spark did you adjust it back or keep adjusting it around to different spots?

We marked it be4 we adjusted it then we put it back and still no spark.
