sr with z32 manual and problems

well z people need your help on this one.

sr20det with 91 z32 manual swap
well shifter is shot that for sure needs bushing.
whats reverse and 5th gear dont go in.
. solution got a vise grip on to the shifting rod the bolts to the shifter and turn more to the right ant reverse and 5th gear go in.
. and when driving i can hear a rattle under load and sound in the tail end of the transmission?

has anyone gone through this problem on their z32?
