I have an extra wire in my ka harness and on the sr harness need to know if its important.
I searched and i looked at HT.
HT list:yellow/red stripeyellow/green stripeorangeblackblue/green stripeblue black stripe
these match both harness no prob
HT says not used on ka harness:greengraylight greenpurplered/yellow stripegrey/yellow stripeno problem there.
Ht says not used on sr harnessgreengreen/black stripegreen/red stripegreen/white stripeorange/black stripered/white stripeno problem there.
on my ka harness i have a RED wire not mentioned
On my sr harness i have a BLUE/WHITE striped wire not mentioned
Can somebody tell me about these?

not sure what your talking about the relay boxes but we found an error on that diagram at least during my swap
F8 box 1.red ECU Backup 2.black/red Ignition power 3.blue/red Coilpacks power 4.black/white ECU power 5.black/yellow ?Ground? (says not used but we used it) 6.blue/green AC relay
We couldnt get fuel so we started tapping wires together to get the fuel pump on. we found that #2. black/red and #5 black/yellow are tied and it worked. Hope this helps somewhat

I assume you are talking about the dash harness of the KA hooking up to the SR ECU harness on an S13. Im not sure what the red wire does but I dont have it hooked up, so I wouldnt worry about it. The blue/white should be the Ambient air tamp sensor input. I dont have it hooked up on my SR since I dont have and ambient air sensor, so its not necessary.
