checked all fuses Ignitor chip is getting power everything looks hooked up right will a s14 sr Ignitor chip work on my redtop??

did you align your CAS to the correct mark? I set mine to the wrong one and thats what mine was doing.

that's not what karmaze is talking about. He is talking about the gears on your cas lined up when #1 is on tdc. Download the fsm and it will tell you how to line them up

oh, and is that a hole in your CAS??? maybe thats your problem.

That is just a hole in the cover, it covers the main unit underneath.

thanks guys it was the Ignitor!!but it will not rev above 2000 ??i guess the maf is bad will a sohc maf work on a redtop??

yes a SOHC maf will work. I can't remember if the plug itself is different, so you may want to grab the plug with the SOHC MAF as well
