SR: What temperature does the fast idle turn off?

It will be a miracle if someone knows this....On the S13 SR20DET engine coolant is run through the idle air control motor on the intake manifold. I assume that something closes inside the idle air control motor when the coolant reaches a certain point, afte the engine has warmed up enough. does anyone know what water temperature that happens at?Or, is water run through there for another reason? like to prevent icing in the small orifices in cold climate conditions?thanks-aaron
