SR water pump

What's up everyone, how can you tell if your water and oil pump need replacing? And the oil pan. I have the motor apart so I have access now. Thanks. It's a '98 blacktop with unknown miles.

If you have it all apart you may as well replace it. It will save you the time down the road and, you won't have to worry about it. Sort of like a preventitive maintainence thing.
