I have a Redtop SR that has:
9.5:1 Pistons
20 over bore
BC 272 Cams
BC valves and valve springs

I am wondering if an s15 t28 would be to tiny, I want quick spool but I'm not wanting to have no top end.

I have looked at gt35's as well but I'm trying to stay somewhat sleeper.

Any ideas or guidance would be much appreciated!! Thanks!

Edit: I am looking to make anywhere from 350-400 whp. That may help.

its definatly possibly, you can even still use the stock manifold and heat shield... i would look into the gt2871..

Perfect!!!! I have been reading up on the gt2871, It will more than likely be my choice.

I originally built my motor for a T3/T4 but I decided that I liked the somewhat stock looking engine bay. I like keeping everyone guessing :)

I guess what I am trying to find is the right mix between spool and top end.. I intend to use this car for auto-x, and possibly some spirited driving on the twisties..

I've been running this turbo for the last 2 years with 0 problems, it has a t-2 flange so that you can use any of the 100's of stock style bottom mount t-2 manifolds that are sold everywhere. With the tomie manifold, I have full boost at 4k rpm and it keeps pulling all the way to 8k.
