SR transmission failure

I finally took apart my transmission today and was pretty surprised by my discovery. This happened near the top of 3rd gear (7k rpm) on 15psi in my FP T28 turbo. One of the gears is pretty much bare, all of the teeth are gone from it. Some of that debris must have gotten into the other gears and killed them. Here are the pictures:
