hey everyone...seems i have another problem with my car. the transmission is now making a very noticeable noise and i'm having a difficult time diagnosing the problem.

the noise happens in all gears with the clutch engaged and the car moving.

it first started off as a whine but now has been replaced with a loud growl/blowing wind sort of noise. (when i accel quickly the transmission noise is louder than the engine)

i have a few ideas but i'd like to see what you guys think. i think it could either be the throwout bearing destroying itself or my transmission's gears destroying themselves (maybe because of low fluid? but why would the sound get worse unless i have a fluid leak in the transmission?)

baaaaah someone please help! thanks in advance!

im thinking throwout bering once a bearing goes it will only get worse and quick. but check your fluid hows the level and see if there is any metal in it there should be a magnet on the drain plug

most likely because thats the best way to single it out is to see if the noise changes in direct drive.
