Sr transmission makes horrible..horrible noise when you engage the clutch!

My 240 will no longer move!When i start the car and engage the clutch it makes a horrible grinding noise something is deffinitly messed up...when i put it in gear and try to take off it pops out of gear and makes the same horrible grinding noise!Any ideas???I thought it was my throw out bearing but all that **** looks fine!

Try moving the input shaft back and forth and in an out. See if it has excessive play.

Does the trans have fluid in it, if so what is the color, is there any metal shavings in it.
