SR transmission issue-HELP!

OK here's my situation....When i first start my car and shift from 1st to 2nd its kind of harsh not grinding but shifting rough... after it warms up it seems to go away but not completely....my KA24E had the same problem but worse...im running Fully synthetic gear oil...thanks for the help guys...

what kind of synthetic fluid? i hate to say it but that sort of thing does not usually fix itself. keep an eye out for ka manual transmissions selling cheap.

Did you bleed your clutch fluid properly?

yes...the clutch pedal is feels fine

If it doesn't go away after the first couple shifts, then you might have issues. I remember reading something a while ago that everyone has this problem. It was a consensus that when it's cold, the first couple shifts are always rough. It should disappear as everythign warms up.
