sr t25 open wastegate is making weird noise, goes 20psi. . .

Long story short my manual boost controler knob fell off and i took the thing off.

Open wastegate been running for a few weeks (very fun, but risky.)

T25 goes to 20-22 psi somehow, and its making a whistling sound after 12psi

Is this bad? Its like as if it was super spooling you can really hear that turbo. .

Im going to cover my wastegate until i get something to adjust the boost.

Any help would be appreciated

uh why not hook up the w/g port to a port on your intake mani and stop being stupid running 20 psi on a turbo thats way out of its eff range.

spend a dollar on some vac hose and save your a motor
