I'm halfway done, but just wondering what was done about the intake, since the SR T25 uses that elbow that bolts on the compressor housing, plus the CA intake doesn't really fit on there, pretty tight space between.

Custom fabrication time?

You'll have to look around on eBay for the intake thing that bolts onto it. You could also have something fabbed up pretty cheaply. Or if you were feeling real rambunctious, have a CAI made.

Cut the tubing until it fits over it. Cut like a 1" off all around.

yes.

basically, take the right size piping, flare it out on one end, slip a flang on, then put it over an exhaust gasket, and then bolt it down.

Well I had plenty of fun today putting that sh*t together, well I thought I was gonna have to take everything off, since........well I was putting the 4 bolts that hold the manifold to the flange and already had a rag stuffed inside the compressor (where the intercooler pipe gets attached) well I took out the rag for a sec to put the last bolt in and it fell right in the turbo. I freaked out and got and idea to use a piece of wire and magnet and fish for it, but found those bolts are not magnetic. Dear old dad to the rescue, took the great Hoover vac, and used a piece of heater hose taped to vac hose then taped to a smaller hose stuffed it it and behold it came out. Thank God!!

.....I like that idea with the exhaust pipe flange

So, the water and oil lines bolt up fine? You just need to cut the CA intake piece to fut over the SR inlet tube?

Don't cut it, it will leak. Just get the adapter on ebay...
