I couldn't get any help from the SR forum. I'm wondering what the SR T25 turbos max boost is. Since the CA T25 max boost is about 14, I'm guessing maybe 18psi?

IF you've done everything to support the extra air, I think 14-16psi on the CA should be safe. IDK about 18psi. I'd almost have to dyno it and see what kind of power it makes vs. 16psi and what the intake temps are like.

It would certainly be near the limit at that level.

I ran 18 psi on a sr t25 with a good intercooler, 770cc injectors and standalone management. It'll do it fine, but I would say the power curve definitely drops off over 16psi.

770cc injectors??? you weren't taking ANY chances were you lol. I'd have to think twice about going bigger than 370s with that turbo, 444/450 would barely work up a sweat

I know... I got 'em cheap so I used 'em. I actually have the engine out for a new flywheel/clutch and I'm going back to a t3 flanged turbo (haven't decided what yet) and dropping back down to some 450cc dsm injectors. The 770's only hit like 15% duty at WOT lol.

hahahaha 15% I had a set of 720s but i sold them on as i did't think i'd be able to control such low duty with much finesse using the standard management. I have a GT28RS 0.86AR and with 460cc mazda injectors and a little extra pressure, I dont think anything is being stressed. I ran with 370s and standard MAF and got a safe 283bhp at 0.8bar, and a slightly pushing my luck (but not detting) 294.1bhp at 0.9 bar, the map was a long way from standard though
