Sr swap question.....Heater Hose and AIV plug

Hey guys, first off i want to apoliogize for having no pictures but i'll do my best to describe my problem.

Ok, right now i'm doing a SR swap (redtop) into a 92 240. Bought the EZ install kit from Heavy Throttle couple of weeks ago. There's a U-Shape hose, S-Shape hose, L-shape hose, Upper Rad hose, AIV plug and a bag full of clamps. Here's the questions

1. I can't get the damn AIV line out off from the O2 Extension (the bolt is f'ing stripped) therefore i can't use my AIV plug to plug it up. Is it possible for me to just plug it up from the line? would this effect my engine performance?

2. I've already got the engine in but just wanna make sure. For the heater hoses, where do the hoses actually go? I attached the U shape hose on the top line (looking from the back off the engine) and then the attached the L Shape from the U Shape then connected to the firewall......is this right? can anyone please confirm this? cause sure as hell i don't want to take the engine out again to fix this problem.

BTW- I DID SEARCH!!! I got plenty of source from SRswap.com and the forum....all i'm asking for is the someone to confirm that i'm doing th right things

well the plug's kinda pricey, might as well get some use out of it. If it's stripped, get a plumbers pipe wrench. took mine off that way.

the heater hose, the U shaped hose routes one of the hoses (I think upper one) back towards the passenger side and use the L with the U to hook it up to the firewall. This is mostly trial and error. there's the other goofy looking one that kinda looks like an S that comes out from I think under the intake manifold area to the firewall. You should check out HT's pictures to double check. I always forget which one goes where.
