SR swap problems... Need to Know how to check ignitor chip

I finally got the sr in my 91 coupe completely went to go fire it up, and all I'm getting is cranking. Its got gas but no spark as far as I can tell. This is my first swap and I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but have never worked with a coil pack setup. So Sorry for the newbie question,but I need someone to let me know how I can check the ignitor chip. My eye's hurt from looking through the forums so sorry again.

Test another ignitor chip if you have one. But if you go through the FSM you should find out how to test it with an ohm meter.

Could even be a bad ecu.
