Why don't you just look up the info or buy a SR20 swap DVD? The swap is pretty simple.

thinking about it just in need of equipment and experiance, I am sure i can do this swap my wife works at a dealership with everything you need to do this but cant get them to budge, so it looks that i am venturing on my own.

BTW, installation is a breeze. The only real issues you might run across is with electrical, I would suggest either finding someone who knows how to do it, or send it to a place that does it like phase2motortrend. The valve train is another deal, what are you planning to do with that?

electrical is my main problem , have the car sitting in a nissan shop the guy i bought this from messed everything up. nissan tech said this guy got very creative it will take 7hrs or more to fix, hopefuly it will be all good for the swap.
