sr swap manual?

I'm about to do an sr swap into my 240 and Ive been looking for a step by step manual, or in debth article, for the swap, just to make sure I do things in the right order etc. Anyways, I've seen them on ebay but I don't really trust them, I've also seen dvds but I can't find them anymore. And yes, before you ask, I have searched the forum already. So what I'm wondering is if anyone has one or has seen one before or knows where Icould find one?

Hey Fire Fly.Look on E-Bay for a step by step how toswap on DVD.It sell's for aprox.$20 Can.The creator of the video won Dark Knights last year with his JDM 180sx with an SR20DET.It is a how to for dummies so to speak.If you can't find it on E-Bay let me know and I will post his web add.Good luck.

I ordered the DVD, however I heard it wasn't that good. Oh well, I also printed out the SCC article and the heavy throttle article, I think I'm set :pface . Thanks.
