Alright so I thought my first sr swap was going to finally be complete tonight but I was wrong. It will not start at all. Only one click after the key is turned. I just swapped in brand new upper and lower harnesses tonight. I have swapped out three starters. Checked all the grounds. Checked all the the plugs and outlets. Tore the multi junction out and put back together. Even tried tapping the starter with a hammer. I have hit a brick wall. I dont know what else to check. I started checking fuses tonight but I dont think thats it. Do I have to do something special to make a sohc main harness work? I dont know whats holding her back from startin. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

if it just clicks once - I would say bad or dead battery, or possibly as simple as a bad connection between the battery and cables.

I had this problem when I put a new starter on my car. Turned out that the solenoid post on my starter was so long it was grounding out mu starter on my engine mount. Grinded it down a bit so it wasn't grounding and she fired right up
