sr swap help

hey guys,i just finished my sr swap about a week ago and i noticed oil coming out of the bov, so i took it in to my friends shop and he said he will replace the turbo with another turbo from a sr clip he had sitting around. well he went ahead and replaced the turbo and now it makes a fluttering noise when i let my foot off the gas, with or without the bov. i was wondering if thats the noise its supposed to make or not. its a s13 redtop so if anyone can comment on that i would appreciate it. thanks.

what kind of BOV is it? loosen it....it's probably not opening and causing compressor surge. try it

my rommate is having the same problem... sounds to me like wastegate flutter... his is a hks ssqv and its def tightened down all the way

the problem was the vacuum hose. i tried installing it in a different vacuum source and it works properly. looking through the site everyone suggests to put the vacuum source for the bov on the large right nipple above the throttle body, on the intake manifold. Thanks for the help.
