I have a 1992 Nissan 240sx hatch, that I swapped a sr20det redtop into. I got the car started pretty quickly and I went to drive it. I forgot to hook up the wastegate and I was over boosting as I drove up the street. I blew off the cap on the intercooler and the car started to run funny, I replaced the cap. Ever since I have been trying to find out the problem with the car. When I first start the car the idle is good but it makes a poping noise once and awhile. I recently figured out if I unplug the MAF and plug it back in the idle will run perfectly for a couple minutes. When I take the car out it runs perfectly unitl I get on the throttle. Once I give it full throttle and let it rev. It misfires and has no power. I have compression checked the car and it is fine. The ECU had a CAS and MAF code, I replaced them both and set the timing dead on and it still doesn't run right. Now the ECU just reads 55, nothing is wrong. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Willing to bet your couplers for your pipes are a little loose even tho they seem tight. Tighten them really good and let us know
