SR swap/few problems

Hi, I just recently got a SR swap done. When the car is cold it idles at around 2000RPM, and after it warms up it will come down to about 900RPM but will jump to 1500RPM. Also if I open up the throttle too quickly it will shudder around 2300-2500 RPM. I was wondering if this could be due to a possible vacuum leak? And with my clutch, I upgraded to an Exedy Stage II clutch and the clutch quickly lost its springy-ness and would sometimes grind going into gear. So I adjusted the pedal height, bled the clutch twice, bypassed the damper and it's still not better. When I clutch in firmly and quickly it will not grind but if I clutch in slowly it will and the pedal will sometimes sink to the floor. Should I replace my master/slave and upgrade to a braided SS line? Will this fix the clutch problem? Thank you and sorry for the long post.
