Ok, I'm 90% done with my S13 SR20DET swap in my 91 240, but I need a little help. It starts up, but it has some issues. I had it idling fine the first day I started it, but the engine is really loud, and somehow it also sounds as if it has an exhaust leak on top of that. I installed new gaskets, new turbo manifold, downpipe, test pipe and exhaust system, so maybe it's just something I didnt tighten on the manifold. It is getting A LOT of fuel. Walbro 255, 300zx fuel filter...I think it may be flooding the engine. I drove it for about 5 minutes, it backfires everytime I shift, has no power at all, and struggles to make it above 3000rpm. I pulled it back into my driveway where it died down and acted as if it was flooded, I waited a few minutes and it started up very hesitantly, then died down again. I let it sit overnight, and the next day it started right up. It struggles to get a steady idle, and will drop down to about 300rpm and catch itself, but eventually will just die. I also think my turbo may be blown, or bad because I can hear it spin as the car shuts off, and it sounds like it's running dry? The turbo manifold gets EXTREMELY hot within 15 seconds of the car being on, I'm not sure if that's typical of all turbo cars, but it seems to me that it is getting too hot too quick. I'm pretty positive all the wiring is correct, I've gone over it about 5 times now. Timing is at 15 degrees. It has coolant, but sucks it down fast, the radiator gets really hot, but the stock temp gauge in the car never rises above normal levels. Oil light does not come on. I need some help!!! I want to get this thing running right, but I don't know where else to look. HELP PLEASE!!!

In summation.....Fuel - I believe it's getting too muchTurbo - Blown or not, it's making a funny noisePower - Can rev in neutral fine, but is slow to drop RPM's, but when driving has no power, very sluggish, and struggles to make it past 3000RPMRadiator - ?Manifold - Too hot?

Help me fix my baby!!

Its MAF most liely or Leaking Injector ring. Id check your maf first. Disconnected the maf and see if the idle smooths out.
