Looks like you've put that intake manifold on recently, did you check the condition of the IACV?

time to run some leak down and compression test on your motor, and do a leak test on your inter cooler and pipes.

Yeah That is where i thought the leak might be coming from. I would bring that pipe to a local radiator shop and have them leak test the flange and weld it if it is leaking, my buddy had to do that to his

you can just build a boot leak tester and pressurize your entire intake/intercooler@piping with compressed air and listen for a leak.

yeah anyone can build a leak tester, but most people dont have the access to an aluminum welder to make the pin hole repairs or weld the flange solid.

That's very true, be that also may not be the problem. I'd rather spend the $5-10 to build the leak tester than pay a shop to test it. Plus its a nice thing to have. If there is no leak and its a different problem there's no point in removing all you piping and having it tested.

Oh i agree trust me but those shops are used to looking for and finding pinhole leaks, obviously my way isn't the only way to go about it, it just the peace of mind

I doubt its a pinhole causing that much of a running problem, however if it were id agree with the rad shop, small leaks can be very difficult to locate on your own.

i'm pretty confident that we are dealing with something bigger here tho.

ok so, i found out what the problem was, i wired up my e-fans waaayy wrong, i was in a hurry.. anyways i shoved the power wire to the efans under the engine controll fuse and the fuse blew, then all hell broke out...

anyways, i replaced that fuse, re-routed my vacc lines.. and it seems to be ok
