sr starting problems

Well I have checked all the grounds and all the fuses. I replaced the blown alternator 75a fuse, and keep blowing the eng. cont. fuse. I have done numerous searches on all the forums but nothing. I also have no spark but the coilpacks tested good and I have fuel on the spark plugs. Also the ignitor chip tested good. Now it sounds like it wants to start but nothing. I had it runing for a week before my mom moved my car when I was on vaction and she left the light on and now I am sitting here as we speak. I will be getting a new battery tomorrow and my fuel pump is kicking in so thats not it.
