sr starting problem

well ive finished my damn sr swap but it starts up for a couple of seconds, chokes, and dies. before, i replaced the hg on the car the car started up fine but when i feathered the gas the car would die, but when i step on the clutch and and feather the gas it would be able to rev up to 2500rpm, highest ive reved it was 4k rpm.(running problem was never solved, b4 i changed the hg). well after replacing the hg, the car started and then died. problem was that the ground from the alternator wasnt ground after grounding it the car started, and idled. i then reved it up to 3500rpm with my foot on the clutch pedal after that the car died. Now i could start it but it wont go into idle. it feels like the car is choking.

note: when i was replacing the hg the timing chain wasnt set to manufactor setting, but it was able to start up fine. This damn swap is killing me. plz if anyone could help, HELP. LOL. ive been w/o a car for half a year now.

forgot, ive replaced my plugs with new oem ngk plugs. i pulled it out the other day and showed my dad , he helped my do my swap, and he said that the car cant even burn all the fuel. i know im running rich from a walbro fp. could it be the o2 sensor? when i start my car my vac gauge jumps to 10 and then drops dramatically until my car dies.

does the car smoke when it starts and dies? What other upgrades are done to the car? Is your ecu throwin any codes?

i dont think my j4 ecu has a led on it.all the mods listed below are basically what i have installed

Are you sure the fuel lines are installed/ flowing correctly? You said the timing wasn't set correctly...pull off the valve cover and the cas and reset the timing also.
