I am getting a low toned sqeauling sound coming from my engine head under the valve cover. But the thing is the sound stops when the engine thoroughly warms up. I think it might be the oil is having problems getting to the rocker arms but i'm not sure. any ideas or procedures i can take to find out and fix?

Oil journals could be all gummed up from sitting. A friend of mine was having the same problem, be neglected to get it looked at or do anything about it and spun a rod bearing 3 weeks later destroying the oil journal on the crank. New crank from Nissan 500 USD. I would change the oil every 500 for about 1500-2000mi, and use natural oil to try and clean it out. This is kind of a re-break-in period so DO NOT BEAT ON IT. Also check to make sure you have good oil pressure.
