SR Speedo Doesn't Work

Ever since I've done the swap (Almost a year ago) My speedo/odometer hasn't worked. I've checked the wiring and it appears to be all fine. Could the SR Speed sensor in the transmission be toast? Could my speedometer in my JDM Cluster be toast?

How can I figure this damn thing out!

The car is a 90' 240sx Hatchback

The motor is a SR20 Redtop.

I have the same issue. I went from a HUD digital to analog and no speedo! I have a 89 240sx with a sr20det redtop. Started out with an automatic, now has a 5 speed. I have a twincam cluster with a JDM tach. The tach works fine. But no speedo. I removed the speed sensor, it spins freely. Help.
