Ok guys here's the problem. Redtop sr20det blew a rear center block freeze plug, it was a rubber expansion, Yay!! that means this engine has had this problem in its past life... I replaced with the correct sized expansion plug, since i couldn't get a steel plug in, due to issues with space. Before all this was said and done, the car just started to smoke. Manly smoke only after hard throttle, or boost. After the plug blew out, I slowly loss coolent. Heater cores good, no leaks, blah blah... Since the freeze plug has blown out, I have reinstall new DRY plugs three times. I know what it looks like, blown head gasket, but i don't want to go out and say its the most expensive, and time consuming problem. Is their any other things that could cause this? Maybe a bad radiator cap, or maybe a kinked heater hose? Maybe its one of these problems and the smoking is caused by some blow-by? Has anyone had this issues? Do I ask a lot of questions? Yes. This is my daily driver and I work about every day, so this car can not be down for more then two days, I'm a idiot. I would love to hear any ideas. Also i saw a spot on tv for a headgasket fixxer, which you pour in your coolant to seal leaks, would this work? Please help another boost freak

It's almost certainly a head gasket. Get a leak down tester and see if your getting bubbles at the radiator. I wouldn't bother with the head gasket fixer because it will just make things worse in the long run.

If in deed it is a head gasket, which even i have believe it is myself, would it be bad to use the fixxer fluid until i can get time to replace the headgasket. I can most likely get it done in march, when i go on shutdown, do you think that this would be ok?
