sr's not boosting

so i went rallyx to day and when i left i was thinking that my car felt a lil sluggish so before i left the track i gunned it right quick and my boost gauge stoped at 0psi im like ok hmm so i drove it a lil more and it wont boost for anything, and the exhaust is louder now i can here the compressor turning but its not spooling up or compressing the air im thinking that the shaft broke to day while on the track because on my last run i cant remember if my bov was going off i know it was for the first 5 runs but cant remember the 6th, please if you have any clues help me out im pulling the turbo tomarrow for i guess the 3rd time now. and sorry i tried to search but it told me the search engine was down

i would look into your actuator..what you do is hook it up to an air compressor and see if it opens before you pull the turbo

but wouldnt it cause it to overboost if the actuater didnt open

"e-clip" that holds the actuator onto the wastegate may have dropped off letting the wastegate sit fully open. happened to me exhaust goes loud, no boost, but no strange noises like a siezed turbo.
